4. Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued once the website is live.
• Refunds are available only within 24 hours of the initial payment if no work has started. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

5. Project Timelines

• Kumarsoft will make every effort to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeline.
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of content or approvals) may extend the timeline and are not the responsibility of Kumarsoft.

6. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the website’s content and design, except for any third-party assets (e.g., licensed software, plugins).
• Kumarsoft reserves the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Revisions and Changes

• The project includes a fixed number of revisions as specified in the agreement. Additional changes or modifications beyond this scope will incur extra charges.

8. Third-Party Services

• Kumarsoft may use third-party services (e.g., hosting, domain registration) on your behalf.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, such as downtime or pricing changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Kumarsoft will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by hacking, server outages, or other unforeseen events.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice.
• Kumarsoft reserves the right to terminate the agreement for non-payment or breach of terms by the client.

11. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during the project.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.

13. Amendments

• Kumarsoft reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be shared with clients and posted on our official website.
