Shipping & Delivery Policy for Kumarsoft

At Kumarsoft, our services primarily include website design, software development, hosting, and digital solutions. Since our products are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved.
The term “Delivery” in this policy refers to the handover or deployment of completed digital projects (such as websites, web applications, mobile apps, or software systems) to the client.


1. Project Delivery Timeline

All delivery timelines are based on the mutually agreed project schedule shared during the proposal or quotation stage.
The estimated timeline depends on:

  • The scope and complexity of the project

  • Timely submission of content, images, and approvals from the client

  • Feedback and revision cycles

  • Availability of any third-party services, APIs, or integrations


2. Timeline Flexibility

While Kumarsoft strives to deliver all projects within the estimated schedule, the delivery period may vary depending on:

  • Additional requirements or scope changes after project initiation

  • Delayed approvals or content from the client

  • Technical challenges or third-party delays

In such cases, the project timeline may be extended accordingly, and the client will be informed in advance.


3. Server and Domain Policy
  • If the server or domain provided by the client is shared, restricted, or limited, Kumarsoft will not be responsible for performance, downtime, or compatibility issues.

  • If hosting or server access is not provided by the client, Kumarsoft can arrange hosting at an additional cost.

  • Any domain registration, renewal, or hosting charges are not included in the base project cost unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

  • In case of server migration or website transfer to another hosting provider, an additional migration fee will apply as per the scope of work.


4. Delivery Confirmation

After the completion of the project and final approval:

  • Kumarsoft will deploy the project to the live environment or share final files and access credentials.

  • A written or email confirmation will be provided to mark project delivery.

  • Any additional changes requested after delivery will be treated as post-delivery revisions and may be charged separately.


5. Client Cooperation

Timely project delivery depends on active communication, quick feedback, and prompt content submission from the client.
Kumarsoft shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery due to client-side delays or lack of response.
